The exercises and movements selected are simple and natural. They are based on everyday situations when a person uses their body and muscles automatically and spontaneously (squats, push-ups, inclinations, etc.). To do these exercises you do not need any special tools or equipment.
In each station there is an information panel with clear instructions that include the recommended exercises and the number of repetitions. These exercises are classified by difficulty into three categories.
