Netplex® is a multi-level network of interconnected cables designed to challenge children ages 5 to 12 to freely climb it. Netplex® takes children beyond their own limits to discover the experience of interacting climbing a cable network where there is no right or wrong way to do it. They must create their own path by exploring a new and futuristic environment by being able to level up or down, climb to the top, jump from cable to cable, or swing freely.
From the Netplex® structure comes the new Super Netplex® continuous play collection that provides more height, accessibility and visibility offering different levels of difficulty for children and for the healthy development of their confidence, body skills, risk management and muscles!
All the steel poles of the PlayBooster system are manufactured with tubes of 12,7 cm in outer diameter and with a wall thickness of 3,04 mm. After lamination, they are galvanized.
The length of the posts will vary depending on the use they are to be given, with a minimum of 1,06 meters high from the platform. All posts are powder painted. On each post, a "surface dimension marker" is placed identifying the line to bury the posts at 86,36 cm for the correct installation, and the upper part of the protective surface will also be marked. The posts' tops will be made of die-cast aluminum from an 369,1 alloy and are powder-coated to match the color of the post. All stops are installed at the factory and fixed in place with three self-closing rivets. A molded low density polyethylene stopper is introduced under pressure, with drain holes at the bottom end of the post to increase the foundation area.

The aluminium posts of the PlayBooster system are manufactured with an extruded tube system 6005-T5 in accordance with ASTM B-221. The posts have an outside diameter of 12,7 cm with a wall thickness of 3,17 mm.

• Elasticity limit: 1.265,53 kg / cm²
• Elongation percentage in 5,08 cm: 10%

The aluminum arches are manufactured from an 6005-T5 alloy. The arc has a longitudinal axis radius of 53,34 cm to complement the center-to-center module of 1,066 m, and is constructed with a continuous piece. There are no welds or additional parts mechanically fixed in the manufacture of the arch. Each arch is designed to provide a minimum clear space of 2,29 m from the floor platform to the interior of the arch at the maximum radius. The arches will be powder coated.
All platforms have a modular design and holes of 7,9 millimeters on the surface. There will be a minimum of four (4) slots on each face to allow assembly of the components. The platforms are manufactured from a single sheet of low carbon steel of 2,6 mm in accordance with ASTM A-469.
The sheet is perforated, shaped and reinforced to ensure its structural integrity. Then the unit is covered with brown TenderTuff. All metallic components are covered with TenderTuff are carefully cleaned, the primer is made in a water-based thermosetting solution.
The primed parts are pre-heated before being immersed in liquid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and stabilized against ultraviolet rays. They are subjected to 204,44 degrees and the final coating should have an approximate thickness of 2 millimetres and a hardness of 85 in durometer, with a dull finish.
All clamps are die-cast using an 369,1 aluminum alloy and have the following mechanical properties:

Each functional clamp connection shall have an adequate number of half-clamps that should be fixed to the coupling parts with two hemispherical head screws with 9,52 mm x 34,92 mm plug and two stainless steel T-shaped hollow nuts. An aluminum rivet of 6,35 mm with a stainless steel pin is used to ensure a perfect attachment to the post.
POLYESTER POWDER PAINT:
All metallic components with polyester paint coatings are carefully washed in a pre-treatment process of 5 phases. electrostatic powder paint. The pieces are then placed in the oven at 204,44 degrees. The average thickness of the powder paint is 0,10 millimeters.
The long-lasting TGIC polyester powder is specially formulated for optimum stability against ultraviolet rays and gloss retention.

PARTS OF PERMALENE:
These pieces are manufactured with high density polyethylene 19 millimeters that has been specially formulated for optimal stability against ultraviolet rays and good color retention. The products have a minimum density of 960 kg / m³ in accordance with ASTM D1505. There are five standard colors available. Some pieces of Permalene are available in two colors, with two outer layers of 17,77 mm thick on an inner core of 15,49 mm of another contrasting color. There are eight standard options available in two colors
These parts are rotationally molded using a linear low density polyethylene, compound and primed with a tensile strength of 1,22 kg / cm², in accordance with ASTM D638. Color additives are added and for stabilization against ultraviolet rays. The thickness of the wall will vary depending on the product, but it will be between 4,7 mm and 7,9 mm. There are five standard colors available.

10 YEARS | GFRC PRODUCTS
For products of concrete reinforced with fiberglass (GFRC, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) against structural failure due to natural deterioration or manufacturing defects. It does not cover minor splinters, very fine cracks or efflorescence.
8 YEARS | AERONET, NETPLEX AND CABLES
For Aeronet ™ climbing nets, Netplex ™ structures and climbing cables against material or manufacturing defects. This warranty is limited to the design charges established in the specifications found in the technical information.

For all other pieces, for example: swing seats, grids, chain ladders, and swing chains, zip-line carts, all spring equipment, including Sway Fun®, PVC belts, rockers, bridges, etc. ., against failures due to corrosion or natural deterioration or manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not includes damages caused by vandalism or any aesthetic aspect or natural wear and tear due to the normal use of the products.
