Perhexa is a lightweight, versatile, hexagonal modular pergola. Designed by the URBADIS | microarquitectura team, it takes the organic shapes of a tree as its starting point, replicating its natural shade that offers protection and shelter to its users.
The system consists of a pergola with three shade structures that can be finished in different ways, a deck, a bench, and a planter. These elements can be placed independently or in combination, as the addition of a base to the pergola transforms it into a self-supporting element. Perhexa allows the creation of unique climate shelters, giving urban spaces character and personality by combining different elements, heights, and colors.
