INTRODUCTION TO OUR EVOS PRODUCT, INCLUSIVE CHILDREN'S PARKS

First of all, it is important to emphasize that Evos ™ attracts children thanks to its unconventional appearance and the challenge of its games. It is transparent and accessible, with no fixed point of entry or exit. Thanks to its free and imaginative gameplay, Evos ™ allows children to develop both mental and physical muscles. Therefore, Evos is the biggest example in inclusive playgrounds in the market.

Climb, spin, swing, jump, swing! Children find many ways to explore their Evos ™ environment. You can choose between more than 25 components to create infinite configurations, being able to start with a small structure and add other elements later.

In addition, the design of each Evos ™ game structure takes into account factors that make it environmentally sustainable. Compared to traditional gaming structures, Evos ™ offers a reduction of 30% in the carbon footprint and is created with an 81% of recycled content.

Arcos:
The steel arches are manufactured from a system of galvanized steel pipes with an outside diameter of 12,7 cm and a wall thickness of 3,04 mm.

Mechanical properties of steel arches:

• Elasticity limit (min.): 3.515,35 kg / cm²
• Resistance to tension: 3.866,88 kg / cm²
• Elongation percentage in 5,08 cm: 25%
• Modulus of elasticity: 29,5 x 7,45 kg / cm²

Clamps:
They consist of spheres of 25,4 cm in diameter, are molded in sand using an 535 aluminum alloy and have the following mechanical properties:

• Maximum resistance to tension: 2.460,74 kg / cm²
• Elasticity limit: 1.265,53 kg / cm²
• Elongation percentage in 5,08 cm: 8%

Closures:

The primary closures incorporate sleeves and pins and their design will be guaranteed against counterfeiting. They are made of stainless steel (SST) by virtue of the ASTM F 879 standard

Reinforced steel cables:

The outer cords of the rope have a coating of polyester threads (standard of carpet spinning), which guarantees maximum abrasion resistance and color durability. Our steel cables, manufactured according to the EN10264, are galvanized and have a robustness of 1770 N / mm², with a breaking strength of 3.585 kgf. We use six-core galvanized steel cables, which have the same design as the fiber strings. The result is a coarse surface texture that allows optimal grip. The outer diameter of the cable with lining is 20 mm. The stainless steel connections support a minimum of 1.587 kgf. They are resistant to abrasion, stable color, and extremely durable and resistant to vandalism.

String replacement:

Our cords are fragmented, in short sections, to facilitate their replacement in case of wear or breakage. We have designed and patented some ultra-resistant cable joints, hidden inside the clamps, that transmit / resist all the efforts and allow their disconnection from the assembly and subsequent replacement, avoiding having to disassemble all the wiring and being forced to close the park.

Polyethylene pieces:

These parts are rotationally molded using a linear low density polyethylene, compound and primed with a tensile strength of 1,22 kg / cm², in accordance with ASTM D638. Color additives are added and for stabilization against ultraviolet rays. The thickness of the wall will vary depending on the product, but it will be between 4,7 mm and 7,9 mm. There are five standard colors available.

Polyester powder paint:

All metal components with polyester paint coatings are carefully washed in a pre-treated process of 5 phases. They are carefully dried and processed through a set of automatic sprayers that apply electrostatic powder paint. The pieces are then placed in the oven at 204,44 degrees. The average thickness of the powder paint is 0,10 millimeters.

The long-lasting TGIC polyester powder is specially formulated for optimum stability against ultraviolet rays and gloss retention. Meets or exceeds ASTM standards in relation to:

• The duration (D-3363)
• The impact (D-2794)
• The resistance of the spray to salt (B-117 and D-654)
• Exposure to ultraviolet rays (G-54)
• Adhesion (D-3359, method B)

An adhesion test is carried out daily verifying the paint line.

100 YEARS | METAL COMPONENTS

Evos ™ steel posts and arches against structural failure due to material or manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not include any aesthetic aspect, nor the natural wear and tear due to normal use of the products.

15 YEARS | PLASTIC COMPONENTS

For all plastic (including TuffTimbers ™) and steel components (except of steel poles for 100 years), platforms and linings Tenderstuff (except for Wiggle ladders, chain ladders and swing chains) against structural failure due to material or manufacturing defects.

10 YEARS | GFRC PRODUCTS

Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) reinforced concrete products against structural failure due to natural deterioration or manufacturing defects. It does not cover minor splinters, very fine cracks or efflorescence.

8 YEARS | AERONET, NETPLEX AND CABLES

Climbing nets Aeronet ™, climbing cables against material or manufacturing defects. In CoolToppers ™ fabrics against faults of significant discoloration, deterioration, collapse, mold. This warranty is limited to the design loads established in the specifications found in the technical information.

3 YEARS | OTHER PARTS

For all other pieces, for example: swing seats, grids, chain ladders, and swing chains, zip-line carts, all spring equipment, including Sway Fun®, PVC belts, rockers, bridges, etc. ., against failures due to corrosion or natural deterioration or manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not includes damages caused by vandalism or any aesthetic aspect or natural wear and tear due to the normal use of the products.

It is a technical-scientific organization being the main promoter of standards to test different types of materials.

TÜV

The European Regulation was developed by the European Committee for Standardization. Landscape Structures products have been designed to comply with the European EN1176 playground safety regulations being certified by the TÜV institute.
