Independent play offers a game for every type of child, from classic slides and swings to the latest designs. Sensory stimulation games, original and fun climbers, sandboxes ... There are elements for all budgets, ages and abilities.
They can be considered to complete an area and provide new stimuli and activities.
All materials have a solid structure that guarantees safety during the game. To ensure the durability of all steel parts, proven permanence coatings are used such as zinc plating, galvanizing, powder painting, coating with TenderTuff, and so on.
The primary closures incorporate sleeves and pegs and its design is vandal-proof. They are made of stainless steel (SST) by virtue of the ASTM F 879 standard. All primary closures include a reinforcement material that meets the minimum torque requirements of IFI-125. The manufacturer provides special tools for closures with anti-vandalism pins.
COATING WITH TENDERTUFF:
All metal components that must be coated with TenderTuff are carefully cleaned in a hot phosphatizing pressure washing machine, and the primer is made in a water-based thermosetting solution. The primed parts are preheated before immersing them in liquid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and stabilized against ultraviolet rays. Then they are salted at 204,44 degrees centigrade. The final coating should have an approximate thickness of 2 millimeters and a hardness of 85 in durometer, with a matte finish.
POLYESTER POWDER PAINT:
All metal components with coatings must be free of welds and splashes. The pieces are carefully washed in a pretreatment process of 5 phases. They are then carefully dried and processed by means of a set of automatic sprayers that apply electrostatic powder paint. The pieces are then placed in the oven at 204,44 degrees. The average thickness of the powder paint will be 0,10 millimeters.
The long-lasting TGIC polyester powder is specially formulated for optimum stability against ultraviolet rays and gloss retention. Meets ASTM standards regarding:
• The duration (D-3363)
• The impact (D-2794)
• The resistance of the spray to salt (B-117 and D-654)
• Exposure to ultraviolet rays (G-54)
• Adhesion (D-3359, method B)
An adhesion test is carried out daily verifying the paint line.
All platforms have a modular design and holes of 7,9 millimeters on the surface. There is a minimum of four slots on each side to allow assembly of the components. The platforms are manufactured from a single sheet of low carbon steel of 2,6 mm in accordance with ASTM A-469. The sheet is perforated, shaped and reinforced to guarantee its structural integrity. Then the unit is covered with brown TenderTuff. The design of the platforms allows all the faces to be level with the outer angle of the support posts.
ROTOMOLDEATED POLYETHYLENE PIECES:
These parts are molded using a linear low density polyethylene, compound and primed with a tensile strength of 1,22 kg / cm², in accordance with ASTM D638. Color additives are added and for stabilization against ultraviolet rays. The thickness of the wall will vary depending on the product, but it will be between 4,7 mm and 7,9 mm.
The slides are manufactured with a thickness of 5,6 mm.
PARTS OF PERMALENE:
These pieces are manufactured with high density polyethylene 19 millimeters that has been specially formulated for optimal stability against ultraviolet rays and good color retention. The products have a minimum density of 960 kg / m³ in accordance with ASTM D1505.
STAINLESS STEEL TOWAGS:
Constructed with 304 stainless steel sheets with 2B finish, with a thickness of 1,52 mm.
Unless otherwise specified, all foundations shall be buried 86,36 cm below the surface elevation of all play equipment / posts. There are other types of anchors available upon request.

100 YEARS | METAL COMPONENTS
For all aluminum posts of PlayBooster®, PlayShaper® and PlaySense®, stainless fasteners, clamps, beams and stops against structural failure due to corrosion, natural deterioration or manufacturing defects. For steel poles and arches from PlayBooster®, Evos ™ and Weevos ™ against structural failure due to material or manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not include any aesthetic aspect, nor the natural wear and tear due to the normal use of the products.
15 YEARS | PLASTIC COMPONENTS
For all plastic (including TuffTimbers ™) and steel components (except for 100 steel poles), Mobius® climbers, Tendertuff platforms and linings (except for Wiggle Ladders, chain ladders and chains for swings) against structural failure due to material or manufacturing defects.
10 YEARS | GFRC PRODUCTS
For products of concrete reinforced with fiberglass (GFRC, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) against structural failure due to natural deterioration or manufacturing defects. It does not cover minor splinters, very fine cracks or efflorescence.
8 YEARS | AERONET, NETPLEX AND CABLES
For Aeronet ™ climbing nets, Netplex ™ structures and climbing cables against material or manufacturing defects. In CoolToppers ™ fabrics against faults of significant discoloration, deterioration, collapse, mold. This warranty is limited to the design charges established in the specifications found in the technical information.
3 YEARS | OTHER PARTS
For all other pieces, for example: swing seats, grills, Mobius® climbing dams, chain ladder, and swing chains, zip-line carts, all spring equipment, including the Sway Fun®, straps PVC, rocker arms, bridges, etc., against failures due to corrosion or natural deterioration or manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not includes damages caused by vandalism or any aesthetic aspect or natural wear and tear due to the normal use of the products.
