The extruded aluminum poles have special grooves to act as diffusers of cold and heat that make the game more comfortable, offering, in addition, a good grip.
The panels and activities have been designed for easy control and access by the adults who supervise the game.
The 9,5 cm square aluminum side posts have a minimum wall thickness of 3,17 mm and are extruded from an 6005-T5 aluminum alloy. The posts have rounded ends and ribbed faces for maximum safety. An aluminum top stop with splined stainless steel dividers and aluminum rivets is installed at the factory. The flanges for the panels and platform supports will be extruded from an 6005-T5 aluminum alloy and will slide into the grooves of the posts. Flanged separators made of stainless steel and aluminum rivets are installed at the flanges and supports of the platforms. All buried poles will have a "surface elevation marker" that identifies the line to bury the posts at 86,36 cm for proper installation, and will also mark the top of the protective surface. A molded low density polyethylene stopper is inserted, with drainage holes in the lower end of the post to increase the foundation area. The poles will have a sticker that identifies their number to facilitate the installation. All surface mount posts are continuously welded to an 6061-T6 aluminum square mounting plate of 6,3 mm x 15,24 cm leaving 5,08 cm for the protective surface. The posts are painted to powder.

The arches have the same shape as the rest of the posts and are extruded from an 6063-T4 aluminum alloy. The support flanges of the roof have the same shape and are made of the same material as the flanges of the panels. An arc of 180 degrees is formed over a longitudinal axis radius of 53,34 cm. The arches are fixed to the standard posts with threaded aluminum sleeves that are joined with 16 semi-spherical head screws with 9,52 pin mm x 15,87 mm per arc. The arcs are painted to powder in the specified color.
All platforms have a modular design and holes of 7,9 millimeters on the surface. There will be a minimum of four (4) slots on each face to allow assembly of the components. The platforms are manufactured from a single sheet of low carbon steel of 2,6 mm in accordance with ASTM A-469. The sheet is perforated, shaped and reinforced to guarantee its structural integrity. Then the unit is covered with brown TenderTuff. All the metallic components that are covered with TenderTuff are carefully cleaned, the primer is made in a water-based thermosetting solution. The primed parts are preheated before immersing them in liquid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and stabilized against ultraviolet rays. They are subjected to 204,44 degrees centigrade and the final coating should have an approximate thickness of 2 millimeters and a hardness of 85 in durometer, with matte finish.
PARTS OF PERMALENE:
These pieces are manufactured with high density polyethylene 19 millimeters that has been specially formulated for optimal stability against ultraviolet rays and good color retention. The products have a minimum density of 960 kg / m³ in accordance with ASTM D1505. There are five standard colors available. Some pieces of Permalene are available in two colors, with two outer layers of 17,77 mm thick on an inner core of 15,49 mm of another contrasting color. These parts are rotationally molded using a linear low density polyethylene, compound and primed with a tensile strength of 1,22 kg / cm², in accordance with ASTM D638. Color additives are added and for stabilization against ultraviolet rays. The thickness of the wall will vary depending on the product, but it will be between 4,7 mm and 7,9 mm. There are five standard colors available.

For products of concrete reinforced with fiberglass (GFRC, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) against structural failure due to natural deterioration or manufacturing defects. It does not cover minor splinters, very fine cracks or efflorescence.

For Aeronet ™ climbing nets and climbing cables against material or manufacturing defects. In CoolToppers ™ fabrics against faults of significant discoloration, deterioration, collapse, mold. This warranty is limited to the design charges established in the specifications found in the technical information.

For all other pieces, for example: swing seats, grids, chain ladders, and swing chains, zip-line carts, all spring equipment, including Sway Fun®, PVC belts, rockers, bridges, etc. ., against failures due to corrosion or natural deterioration or manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not includes damages caused by vandalism or any aesthetic aspect or natural wear and tear due to the normal use of the products.
