The city of Guadalajara now has the first 100% inclusive park in the city, the Adoratrices ParkThis proposal, developed in conjunction with the Guadalajara City Council, is a pioneer in the area and addresses the public's need for fully accessible and inclusive spaces for all children, regardless of their abilities.
This proposal addresses various aspects of inclusiveness, from a smooth, uneven surface to play elements that accommodate children of different ages and play styles, to color contrast that facilitates the play experience for children with visual impairments.
The games selected for this park are all from the children's games company Landscape Structures, leaders in inclusiveness worldwide. The great novelty of this park is the first We-go-round The inclusive carousel we installed in Spain, a ground-level carousel where all children can play at the same time, is undoubtedly the star of the area.
