As part of the thermal improvement of school playgrounds in Rivas Vaciamadrid, we have created different climate shelters in six centers: CEIP José Saramago, CEIP La Escuela, CEIP Jarama, CEIP Rafael Alberti, CEIP Christian Andersen y CEIP El Parque.

Today, creating shaded areas is essential to improving the quality of school playgrounds across the country. The beginning and end of the school year are marked by the intense summer sun. For this reason, the Rivas Vaciamadrid City Council spearheaded improvements to its playgrounds, creating climate-controlled shelters for its students, not only providing shade but also fostering social interaction and interaction.
