The Departament d'Infraestructures of the Generalitat de Catalunya has wanted to provide an outdoor space of greater comfort to be able to give a new use to the interurban bus station of the town of La Bisbal de l'Empordà. The project consists of a waiting area associated with some public toilets. The Habana system, which allows extensive customization, has been chosen to carry out this project.

Starting from a standard toilets module with a ventilated central distributor, an area is created by connecting it with two canopies from the same collection. The needs and the spaces to be occupied are defined, and the elements that are completed with benches and integrated ischial supports, spaces for vending machines, are placed, and the set is given a unitary color and style. Straight lines, strong and light volumes, games of opaque and glass to achieve transparency and shelter at the same time.

A functional, aesthetic project that is perfectly integrated into the environment, managing to convert a previously soulless space into a pleasant waiting area.
